Breaded Chicken Fillet with Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Vegetables
Ingredients:
1 Pennygate frozen breaded chicken fillet
2 medium potatoes
1 garlic clove
½ tbsp butter
2 tbsp milk
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, peas)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook chicken: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the frozen chicken fillets on a baking tray and bake according to package instructions .
2. Make mashed potatoes: Peel, chop, and boil the potatoes in salted water for about 15 minutes until soft. Drain, mash with butter, minced garlic, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Steam vegetables: Steam or microwave the vegetables until tender.
4. Serve: Plate the chicken fillet with mashed potatoes and vegetables.


Breaded Chicken Fillet Sandwich
Ingredients:
1 Pennygate frozen breaded chicken fillet
1 sandwich bun
Lettuce, tomato slices, and mayonnaise
1 pickle slice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook chicken: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the frozen chicken fillets on a baking tray and bake according to package instructions .
2. Prepare sandwich: Toast the bun lightly. Spread mayonnaise on both sides, and add lettuce and tomato slices.
3. Assemble: Place the cooked chicken fillet on the bun, add a pickle slice if desired, and serve with a side of chips or salad.

Ingredients:

Cos lettuce
2 tbsp Caesar dressing
2 tbsp croutons
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Instructions:

2. Prepare salad: Tear Cos lettuce and toss with Caesar dressing, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
3. Slice and serve: Once cooked, slice the chicken fillet into strips and place on top of the salad.

Ingredients:

100g pasta (penne, spaghetti, etc.)
2 tbsp pesto (store-bought or homemade)
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Cook chicken: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the frozen chicken fillets on a baking tray and bake according to package instructions .
2. Cook pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, and toss with pesto.
3. Serve: Plate the pasta and place the cooked chicken fillet on top. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

Ingredients:

2 small tortillas
Shredded lettuce
2 tbsp salsa
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp shredded cheese
Instructions:

2. Prepare taco fillings: Warm the tortillas and set out shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream, and cheese.
